The company selects high-quality polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) as its primary raw materials and precisely incorporates specialty additives such as ultraviolet (UV) stabilizers, antioxidants, and anti-static agents according to different application scenarios, endowing the products with exceptional functionality from the source. Through advanced tape extrusion processes, it produces high-strength, high-toughness flat yarns; high-speed weaving equipment then weaves these yarns into woven base fabric characterized by high tensile strength and excellent abrasion resistance. These products are adaptable to a wide range of harsh environments and usage conditions. Featuring a scientifically designed structure and high load-bearing capacity, the products cover a working load range of 500 kg to 20,000 kg, with dimensions customizable from 1 meter to 12 meters, meeting the packaging, stacking, and long-distance transportation requirements for various bulk materials.
